What is it?

Coaching uses a process of asking key questions to help clarify the client’s true wishes, desires and joys in life. A coach can provide a person with “tools”, support and structure to help identify goals, and eliminate obstacles so that clients can accomplish their goals more easily than if they try to make changes on their own. The coach can help identify blocks and long held belief systems that a person may be holding on to and that is preventing them from moving forward.
